Detail instructions on changelog and roadmap

could someone please explain how too get changelog and roadmap too work i got roadmap showing the stuff not blank but for some reason i couldnt get changelog too show and info but roadmap did and i had it in development and not released and made 2 projects ect nothink can someone help me on how too get changelog too make infomation appear without the blank page like my roadmap was.

Roadmap:
- Version = not released
- Target version is filled in on issue

Changelog:
- Fixed in version is filled in on issue
- Issue = closed
- Resolution = fixed
