I don't know if I only can find it or if it doesn't exists but is there a statistics option/module in Mantis BT that can show me things like number of bugs, average time until solution, number of bugs per developer and so on?

you mean the Summary page? There is a link (between "Change log" and "Docs")

I believe you need to change the $g_view_summary_threshold variable in your configuration to VIEWER, for example.
