I can't modify my password

first,i need to know ,dose mantis 1.2rc1 can run under apache2.2.11 + php5.3.0 with win32 platform?



I run my mantis 1.2rc1 on my server,and it always can not logout after login.
when i click "Logout" the browser is go to wait server return stats.
and, i always can't modify my password except the the first time i restart my apache server service application.

could someone help tell me why?
