I'm wondering what could cause the slow performance.
I'm still the only user of mantis, but quite commonly when accessing the address (hosted in a ISP) where mantis is installed, I experience very slow performance. Sometimes to the point the browser returns that the site might have moves or is in maintenance (which of course is not the case). I have to insist a few times, and the login screen finally shows.
The same thing happens when I click the links (My view, report case, etc).
Does it have to do with the php instalation (4.3.10)?
MySQL (4.1.10a)?

?According to my ISP, the server they are using is among the best and they are constantly monitoring the server resources. According to them it doesn't reach 1%.
I'm lost. Is there any article to show show me the way?
