Cant seem to be able to assign problem to an updater

Created a project, created two other users, ons manager and one updater, reported an issue, trying to re-assign the issue.

I can re-assign to the manager, NOT to the updater.

Any help appreciated.

Searching this forum, found the answer myself. Just allow the updater to "handle issues".
