CAS authentication for 1.0.0rc3

Hi All,
I am trying to casify Mantis 1.0.0rc3 and I looked for it at #4234.
From the info i got from #4234, i tried using Mantis CASified version 0.19.0 from http://www.gcf.be/download/opensource, specifying the CAS server name,port(443) and server path, it throws up

Any pointers on phpCAS authentication for mantis rc3?

i tried the 0.19.0 version it doesn't seem to work.
