RPM packages for 1.1.0-CVS

After reading about some of the bugs in 1.0.0rc3 and that they are fixed in CVS I checked out a copy (2005.11.30) and built a set of RPM packages for Fedora Core 4 (src, noarch and spec files available).

I will look at automating this for building RPMs from CVS on a daily basis.
