Mantis BT Password Expiry

we're using Mantis BT 1.1.5. It's working fine with us. i would like to know if Mantis has Password Expiry feature? i mean, after a certain period, Mantis will ask for new password for user?

Not. But you can integrate AD or LDAP authorisation. And in LDAP set expire password.

How about Password Complexity? can we set how complex a password should be?

This is also not possible out of the box, but also this is possible with LDAP
