The connection with the server was reset

Hi !
I encountered "The connection with the server was reset" when I donwnload the attached file(about 710KB) from our intranet tracker web site.
Here is the sitution description.:
1. from local network is always ok, but from branch office (through lease line) is not ok.
2. the file size under abount 200KB(randomly) from branch office is ok .

And I have also tested and tried to download file through directly link from the website, it is ok every time even more than 10MB a file from both local network and branch office. Does anyone have experienced the same sitution and resolved it.

My Env is:
mantis 0.19
apache 2.2
php 5.2.3
mysql 4.0.20

Any suggestion is appreciated.
