Summary	0012798: Add a filter option [Something] as opposite of [None] i.e. field not null
Description	currently [Any] shows Null or values, [None] shows records with no value, would be useful to have a filter for anything that is non-null, suggest therefore [None] [Something] [Any] whilst there is a workaround multi-selecting items, for items that are continually changing such as Target Version it would be helpful to display everything with a target version, otherwise have to keep updating some filter(s) every time we add new versions.
