Summary	0003102: The bug header in bug_view_page.php should carry the project name
Description	The bug report (both the simple and the detailed one) page should display the effective project the bug belongs to: I think this information deserves a slot between the ID and the CATEGORY fields of the bug report. It is specially annoying when you get there following an email notification URL, or from the view_all_bug_page.php having selected "Any project" not being able to discover to which project it applies.

lele 2003-04-01 23:34 reporter ~0004117	The same change should be applied to print_bug_page.php as well, although that seems to print the effective project in the page title.
