Summary	0031115: User is not able to see the options in filter
Description	Product Version- MantisBT 2.26.0-dev-master-3faaae32b User is unable to see the options in filter (Platform, OS & OS Version) There are different kind of Platform, OS and OS Version. If User wants to find the specific file then it is showing "Any" when we click on Platform, OS & OS Version.
Steps To Reproduce	Go to "View Issues". Filters will open on top of the page. You will see Platform, OS & OS Version in filter. Click on Platform, OS & OS Version one by one. You will see the box where you can choose the option. When we click on the box it will show "Any". User cannot choose other option because it will show only "Any".
