Description

If none of the bugnotes fields are selected in Printing Options, the Excel report still produces blank lines where the bugnotes would have been. Makes it quite a manual process to produce a concise report of bugs.

Additional Information

The HTML version of the Excel report looks fine -- it's just the XLS version that isn't quite right.
