Affected Issues  0034879: In Issue Trend graphs, the date is displayed in short format even if data is in hourly buckets
Changeset

Display date buckets with $g_normal_date_format

Previously, $g_short_date_format was being used, which caused confusion
when the report produced hourly buckets as the table would show multiple
entries with the same date.
