Summary	0034879: In Issue Trend graphs, the date is displayed in short format even if data is in hourly buckets
Description	When displaying the Issue Trend graphs and the selected date interval is <= days, then the data is broken down into hourly intervals instead of daily, but the time is not displayed. This is confusing, as the table show multiple entries with the same date.
Additional Information	This was initially reported by @amphetamine in 0025681:0064383 - see screenshot illustrating the problem there.
