Description	Please add global bug tracking time zone to the preference and add ability for change timezone individually to any users.

olegos 2009-01-16 10:01 reporter ~0020639	For now, you can add putenv() call to set $TZ into config_inc.php to set global time zone. E.g. I have "putenv('TZ=CST6CDT');" Setting per user would be very nice.
