Summary	0010103: EVENT_MENU_ACCOUNT not work?
Description	I try to change in Inport/Export plugin XmlImportExport.php line 59 'EVENT_MENU_MANAGE' => 'import_issues_menu', 'EVENT_MENU_ACCOUNT' => 'import_issues_menu', but link in My Acount I don't see. Other events work.
