Summary	0001011: Timestamp changes
Description	It would be useful to see a history of bug changes. This could automatically be done by adding a time stamp, userid, and note indicating what field had changed (i.e. status, comments, etc.) in the bug notes section. If the change was in the bug notes section, this could be prepended to the change.
