Summary	0010133: Notification when new project version available
Description	Provide a feature in MantisBT to send notification mails when there is a new released version in one of the projects. Simple solution: Users can configure in their account preferences, whether they want to get mail when a new version is available. If the manager of a project sets a version as released, all users which are assigned to the project are checked, whether they requested notification. If yes, mail is sent. More comples solution: Users can subscribe to a project, whether they want to get notified when there is a new release available (kind of newsletter feature)

martin.fernau 2022-06-16 03:03 reporter ~0066753	This would be a very nice feature! Currently I send a new mail to all my colleague by my own if we release a new version. It would be very helpful for me to have a feature which will do this automatically.
