Description

I login Mantis as the account "John",which is Viewer of Mantis and Reporter of project "ITRP".It shows successful when I report issue for the first time,but fail for the next reporting showing "APPLICATION ERROR #2800" info.If I clear the cookies and temporary files of IE(IE 6.0),then login again,However,the same bad situation happens repeatly.

What I want to ask is,do I need to set any configurations in the IE,or else?

1.report issue
2.submit report
