This has been an feature since 1.1.x; there is an option to mark versions as 'obsolete', in which case they won't show up on the changelog, roadmap, or version dropdowns.

1) this not present at least in 1.1.6 as I see

2) okay, so obsolete versions are not displayed.
but if user can on ChangeLog - click anything to STILL see them, if he want?

3) I wonder then why your own ChangeLog do not use this feature?
Your ChangeLog is much longer of our :-)

Again, I believe we must be able not only HIDE,
but user still should be able TO SEE that hidden OLD versions IF HE WANT.

Weird, I just submitted 10424 as I had not refreshed the page today.. hmm.. anyway.. I do not see any obsolete option in our manage project page for Scribus.. I just upgraded to 1.1.7 too. Obsolete != released.

Sorry all; yes, this isn't in 1.1.x. It's actually in 1.2.x development releases. I've been using 1.2.x for so long I forget that some features are actually "new". :/
