Summary0010519: 'Resolved' issue status cannot be 'Closed' ?
Description

I have checked this setting in 'Workflow Thresholds':

  • Allow issue to be closed on Resolve - Checked
  • Allow Reporter to close Issue - Checked

After resolved an 'assigned' issue, a developer will change status to 'Resolved'.

Problem:
Reporter is responsible to review all 'Resolved' issue to 'Closed' it but is not able to do so.

Expected Behaviour:
Reporter shall be allow to update 'Resolved' status to 'Closed' (since 'Allow Reporter to close Issue' is checked), overwriting 'update readonly issues' permission.

This issue seems to be a consequence of a fix to 0009893 and might be a duplicate of 0007325.
