Summary	0010635: assigned to column missing after upgrade from 1.2.0a3 to 1.2.1rc1
Description	Originally added as part of issue 0010633 for which the original issue has been corrected. Have applied the fix from that issue, but still seeing a completely blank 'assigned to' column in any view_bug_all.php view regardless of filter after the upgrade.
