Summary	0010690: Reporter username link in View Issue page is incorrect in case of LDAP
Description	The reporter username is hyperlinked to open an email with the issue details in the subject and the To address set to the reporter's email address. There are two issues with the link: The email address is not escaped (not specific to LDAP). The email address is always extracted from DB, and doesn't honor use_ldap_email configuration option.
