Summary	0001075: When closing the bug directly at resolution, mantis sends the wrong type of email
Description	Mantis sends a "A Bugnote has been added" email. Instead it should send a new "The following bug has been RESOLVED and CLOSED" email. Problem now is that with the bugnote email you can't know the resolution type or the duplicate id.
