Summary0011095: Version Number Definitions are sorted in a non-useful way.
Description

Under project setup, the version definitions do not sort in the regular way you would expect. With a pretty common version # format, the releases do not show up in sequence, instead the seem to show up in the order I added them?

Either way the version #s dont sort how I would expect, which makes it hard to find a version when the list will get longer.

Steps To Reproduce

Add version #s in a non linear order, that is add v0.1, v0.2, v0.3, then go back and create a "maintenance release" version v0.1.1, it will show up as after 0.3

Versions by default are sorted by the date associated with the version, allowing you to define the order by changing the date of each version. See issue 0010419.
