Summary0011169: Add support for some of the East-asians (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) fonts to mantisgraph
Description

Currently mantis graph 1.0 doesn't support any asian fonts, which means any characters written in japanese or chinese appear as the empty boxes when viewing graphs. I think that the graph feature can be seen as an important of mantis and lack of support for east-asian languages in this area may hurt mantis adoption in those countries.

this feature would be related to bug 0011168

I've implemented this at least for Japanese, with an edit to JPGraph to get around bug 0011168 and once i figure out how to make a patch file will post the patch here.
