Summary	0011257: more classes/id's on html-elements will improve styling
Description	if each html-wrapper-element on a page would have its own id (or at least a class) customization and styling will be much easier.
Additional Information	e.g. on the page "my view", each block (unassigned, resolved etc.) should have its own id or at least the blocks should have a unique class-name. with that the admin will be able to easily style the mantis-installation according to his own design-guideline without having tp patch the php-sourcefiles. using e.g. smarty as a templating-engine will completely separate code from design.
