Summary	0011416: Upgrade 1.1.8 -> 1.2.0rc1 error - table mantis_category_table
Description	Hello, I have a problem when I'll try to upgrade Mantis 1.1.8 to 1.2.0rc1. I get this error message: Error 0001062: Duplicate entry '4-Novy pozadavek' for key 2 pro dotaz INSERT INTO mantis_category_table ( name, project_id ) VALUES ( ?, ? ). When I run SQL command "truncate `mantis_category_table`;" and then run install script, I get the same error. I tried to make new install of version 1.1.8 (upgrade from this version to 1.2.0rc1 was OK) and compare database schema. It was the same. Problem with data from database? Any idea? Thanks for reply

ngombe 2010-04-15 10:07 reporter ~0025132	I had a similar error doing a upgrade from 1.1.6 to 1.2.0 (Duplicate entry '2-Prive' for key 2). I first looked around the install_category_migrate() function then finally found that mysql (v5.0.77) does not see a difference between 'Privé' and 'Prive' using charset UTF-8 ... As we speak french here I simply modified the mantis_category_table DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 COLLATE=latin1_general_cs, then the upgrade worked ! Hope that can help.
