Description	During the definition of a custom field, I check "Require on ... " (enumeration, string, ...). When I report a new issue, the <*> is well displayed, but the issue can be validated even if I don't enter a value in this CF.

dhx 2010-02-26 20:28 reporter ~0024555	It seems this is a duplicate (see the relationship atrol added). I cannot reproduce this problem with the string type custom field on 1.2.0. If you feel we've missed something (and you're using an official version 1.2.0 of MantisBT), please feel free to reopen this issue.
