Description	The Mantis Installation guide (http://docs.mantisbt.org/master/en/administration_guide/c124.html) says: "Following are the steps to upgrade a MantisBT installation:See Upgrading" which links to http://docs.mantisbt.org/master/en/administration_guide/manual.installation.upgrading.html This manual.installation.upgrading.html page doesn't exist - I get a 404 error: "Not Found. The requested URL /master/en/administration_guide/manual.installation.upgrading.html was not found on this server."
