Description	Hi, It could be nice if we could reference the same bug in several projects instead of cloning it. The purpose of that request is simple. For example, I gave some mantis credentials to a client for him to be able to fill bugs for our products. As I don't want him to see issues filled by developers in the product project I created him a special project dedicated to him. If I clone a bug he filled in his project into the product project he won't be able to see the updates made by developers but if it was the same bug, referenced twice, once in the product project and once in the client project it would be totally transparent for both developers and clients.
