Summary	0011785: Comment for access_compare_level in access_api.php is bogus
Description	Hello, The comment for access_compare_level is bogus as it mentions the $p_access_level parameter. This one does not exist but its name hints it could have been renamed to $p_user_access_level. However, this is not the case, it really has been renamed to $p_threshold as can be determined by looking at the code. It would be nice if the comment actually matched the parameters of the function.
