Description

I think MantisBT should have:

"Reassign Selected Issues"(button) to (list of users)
"Delete Selected Issues"(button)

of course, after checking checkboxs.

This avoid entering issues one by one to reassing or delete an issue, improving usability.

Is "View Issues" page with available options at bottom of the page not what you need?
Monitoring is not available at the moment, but assignment and delete is available
