Summary	0012499: 匯出CSV檔,中文顯示有問題,是亂碼。
Description	into the View issue. Export the issues by CSV format, 中文內容部份顯示亂碼, please see the attached file. Export the issues by excel format, that is ok. the language setting is chinese_traditional.

Product version 1.1.1 means that the error has be found in version 1.1.1 Fixed in version is empty, which means that the problem is still reproducible in any later version and not solved.
