| Description | When an issue is considered readonly (i.e. resolved and logged in user doesn't have access to change readonly bugs), operations like Move and Delete are not allowed. Given that these operations don't really change the state of the bug, I believe they should be made available for readonly bugs. Such operations will continue to honor their required access level. The workaround for this would be to use the bug group actions from the View Issues page. | ||||
