Description

For Time Tracking field +/- sign indicating opened/closed state seems mismatched. Please see the attachment - when the field is expanded, the icon shows plus, when collapsed - minus. Should be opposite as logical and as works for other fields like Relationships, Notes, Issue History, etc.

Steps To Reproduce

Just go to view any issue having Time Tracking enabled.
