Summary0012999: Create database problem during installation
Description

During installation from admin/install.php create database cannot be performed.
Following error occurs:

Create database if it does not exist : BAD Does administrative user have access to create the database? (unknown database 'test' )

I have root user with no password for MySQL database
I am trying to install a local copy of mantis version 1.2.5
WAMP 2.0 with MySQL 5.1.36 and PHP 5.2.6
Using Firefox 4.0.1

If i switch to PHP 5.3.0 by using MySQL 5.1.36;
Following error occurs:

Checking Database Server Version Running MySQL version: BAD MySQL 4.1.0 or later is required for installation
