Summary0013028: Default project and combobox prject
Description
When i have set default project  (sub-project) and logs into Mantis, selected value in combobox is 'All Projects' 
    When the default project is a project it's ok.
    Is it possible to change this behavior.
    We have a project and several sub-projects and a manager for each sub-project.
