Summary	0012600: Subprojects behave incorrectly as user default
Description	In the user account preferences, I have assigned a subproject as default project for some users (including myself and a test user). However, when those users log in, the Project field on the main page contains "All projects". Expected value is the default subproject, just like in the casse of (main) projects.
