Summary0013172: Roadmap does not list subproject issues
Description

In the roadmap view, only issues associated with the top-level project are shown. When 'view issues' is clicked, all issues are shown correctly.

Steps To Reproduce

1) create project A and project A1 as subproject
2) create one issue for each project defining the same 'target version'
3) view roadmap for project A
4) click link 'view issues' to see both listed.
