Summary0013493: Incorrect UTF-8 string display
Description

It seems that MantisTouch cannot handle UTF-8 encoded strings when displaying bug entries (e.g. to display umlauts "ä ö ü"). My mantis installation uses UTF-8 from db to website and when I use MantisTouch all strings with umlauts are garbled (see attached screenshot).
