Yes, we are in the same situation here. We have an intranet that uses Mantis that isn't accessible from the outside. We would love to see it installable!

I second that as well - this is a great idea but it should be something interested Mantis users can host themselves. If you can point us to the source and take 5 minutes to write up what you did for setup, then I'm sure the community would be happy to turn it into an how-to guide!
