Summary	0013908: Can't go to My view page
Description	Last time, I set up Mantis successfully and can work around on it. Until that day I wanted to move some issues from project A to project B and always displayed the message below: "APPLICATION ERROR 0001502 Category not found. Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section." After that, I clicked on Back button and create the same category on project B and perform moving again. The Mantis system show error message ""APPLICATION ERROR 0001502" again [Error]Right now, I can't go to the main form and continue to work around.

The default is 1 which is the "General" category that is created in the default database. */
