Summary	0013952: Invalid form security token. Did you submit the form twice by accident?
Description	Hi, Recently we upgraded mantis from 1.1.6 to 1.2.8. Ever since we have been getting the above error at random. Sometimes when adding a note to a ticket, or uploading a file. It does not happen all the time, and when clicking the back button in the browser, and resubmitting, it works. Please let me know if you need additional information etc. Thanks

msuringa 2012-02-27 05:22 reporter ~0031333 Last edited: 2012-02-27 05:23	Thanks for the reply. PHP is at the latest version, but i have changed the session.gc_maxlifetime setting, as this might be the reason for this issue. I will verify for the next couple of days if the issue has been resolved.
