Summary	0014179: Can't specify [Nobody] as assigned name
Description	Could we please have the option on the group action page to assign issues to nobody? Currently this can only be done by editing a bug. The option is not present on the bug view page, or the group action page. I would like this so I can mass-assign closed issues to nobody. They should no longer have names on them.
