Summary0014416: Include issues which don't have any relations to the export
Description

At the moment, only issues that actually have a relation of some sort with another issue are included in the export. So when i start the export while looking at a long list of issues .. the result may be an empty file :-(

I think it would be much more functional, if the export just exports all issues in the current view, both with and without relations

I think that this functionality is right in the middle between the 'core' Mantis export and this plugin. I'll leave this open just in case someone would like to implement it but I'm not going to start work on in in the near future.

What do you mean with "right in the middle" ?
I'm afraid that it means: Not mine and not mantis' responsibility so it will never be implemented.

In my opinion it is an extension of the Mantis functionality, just like exporting related issues is an extension of Mantis functionality...
