Summary	0014499: singup_page.php does not display visual captcha properly
Description	I just downloaded the latest mantis and deployed on my windows 7 IIS, which is already configured to run php. The php version is 5.4.3. I have installed the bugTracker database on my local MySQL database, and everything seems to work fine except when I try to sign up an account, I cannot get to view the "visual captcha", it is just a <img> element missing the actual image file but have the text saying "visual captcha".

atrol 2012-07-24 02:59 developer ~0032359	Maybe your problem is caused by using PHP 5.4.x. Can you try the patch attached to 0014420 or a nightly build?

chj915 2012-07-24 03:10 reporter ~0032360	Yes, i am using PHP v5.4.5 locally. I switched to PHP v5.3 and it works fine. After applied the patch in the make_captcha_img.php line 249, the PHP v5.4 also works fine now. Problem is resolved, thanks.
