Code complete, need to coordinate import with other devs to prevent mass emails from being sent.

Issues imported and support links updated ( mediawiki, phpbb ) .

Open issues

• issues were imported without a 'resolution' status entry to the summary page records them all as open
• the 'originally reported' link points to localhost .
