Summary	0015197: Category selection issue in filters section
Description	When selecting category which has single cot(') in name, its displaying backslash () in category and not displaying any issue as not comparing category name.
Steps To Reproduce	087_040912 - Product Free / What's New When category is added as mentioned as above, and added issue in same category, then from VIEW ISSUE screen, when using filters and selecting same category, its displaying category name as below. 087_040912 - Product Free / What\'s New And not displaying any issue.
